7 Brew 7 Classics 2026
The 7 Classics are the foundation of every 7 Brew menu board — seven distinct espresso drink styles that cover the entire spectrum from bold and black to rich and creamy. While the 7 Originals are pre-built signature recipes, the Classics let you start from a base style and build exactly the drink you want with any syrup, milk, or topping on the shelf.
Prices start at $3.00 for a Kids size and top out at $6.50 for a Large across all seven styles. Every Classic is available Hot, Iced, or as a frozen Chiller, and every one is fully customizable — swap to oat milk, go sugar-free, add an extra shot, or dial the sweetness to half-sweet, all at no upcharge for most modifications.

About the 7 Brew 7 Classics Menu
The 7 Classics are the seven foundational espresso drink styles on every 7 Brew menu board. While the 7 Originals come with pre-set flavor combinations, the Classics hand you a blank canvas — pick a base style, choose your syrup, select your milk, and adjust the sweetness to build a drink that is entirely yours.
All seven styles use the same proprietary espresso blend pulled fresh for every order. The difference between a Latte, Mocha, Macchiato, Breve, Cappuccino, Americano, and Cold Brew comes down to how that espresso meets milk, cream, water, or foam. Every Classic is priced identically — Kids $3.00, Small $4.50, Medium $5.50, Large $6.50 — and available Hot, Iced, or as a frozen Chiller.

Hot, Iced, or Chiller — Which Format to Choose
Every 7 Brew Classic can be ordered in three formats at the same price. Each changes the taste and texture significantly.
Hot
- Best for: Cold mornings, warm comfort
- Flavor: Heat amplifies sweetness and aroma — Cinnamon flavors genuinely smell like fresh baked goods
- Calories: Slightly fewer calories than Iced (smaller cup, less milk volume)
Iced
- Best for: Year-round default, most popular format
- Flavor: Most balanced flavor — ice dilutes slightly for a clean, refreshing taste
- Calories: Standard calorie counts. Ask for "light ice" to get more drink per cup
Chiller (Frozen Blended)
- Best for: Dessert replacement, hot summer days
- Flavor: Milkshake-like texture — sweetness intensifies when frozen
- Calories: Highest calories (+50–100 cal vs Iced) due to blending base
How Much Caffeine Is in 7 Brew Classic Drinks?
All espresso-based Classics use the same shot counts per size. Cold Brew delivers more caffeine per ounce because of its long steep time.
Kids = 1 shot (60mg) · Small & Medium = 2 shots (120mg) · Large = 4 shots (240mg). Cold Brew averages 20–30% more caffeine than espresso per ounce.

7 Brew Classics vs Starbucks vs Dutch Bros
How do 7 Brew Classics stack up against the two biggest competitors? Here is a head-to-head comparison on the drinks that matter most.
Vanilla Latte
Vanilla Latte (Grande)
7 Brew espresso runs smoother and less bitter. Starbucks dark roast is more intense. 7 Brew Large is 32oz vs Starbucks Venti at 24oz.
Caramel Macchiato
Caramel Macchiato (Grande)
Both are layered vanilla milk + espresso + caramel drizzle. Starbucks uses their darker espresso. 7 Brew includes flavor syrups in the base price.
Iced Cold Brew
Cold Brew
Very similar cold-steeped process. Dutch Bros runs slightly sweeter by default. Both chains offer sweet cream cold foam.
Caramel Breve
Caramelizer Breve
Both chains built their identity on breve drinks. Nearly identical in richness and style. Dutch Bros uses "Broista" syrups, 7 Brew uses their own house blend.
How to Order a 7 Brew Classic in 6 Steps
Pull up to the drive-thru
7 Brew is drive-thru only — no walk-in counter. The crew greets you at the window or on a tablet.
Pick your Classic style
Say the drink type: "Can I get a Latte?" or "I'll have a Cold Brew." You do not need to say "7 Classic."
Choose your flavor
Add any syrup: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, toasted marshmallow, brown sugar cinnamon, etc. Or order it plain.
Select your size
Kids $3.00 · Small $4.50 · Medium $5.50 · Large $6.50. The Medium (24oz iced) is the most popular.
Pick Hot, Iced, or Chiller
Iced is the default for most customers. Chiller = frozen blended. Hot = steamed milk, best in cold weather.
Add modifications
"Half-sweet," "oat milk," "extra shot," "decaf," "light ice" — tell the crew and they handle it.
Pro Tips
Say "half-sweet" on your first order. The standard sweetness is generous, and you cannot reduce it after the drink is made.
Small and Medium have the same caffeine (2 shots). Add an extra shot to a Medium if you want a stronger coffee taste — it stretches 2 shots across 24oz of liquid.
If you are new, ask the crew member what they drink. They always have a personal favorite build and love recommending it.
A plain Cappuccino or Americano with no syrup is the best way to judge 7 Brew's espresso quality on your first visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
The 7 Classics are the seven foundational espresso drink styles at 7 Brew: Lattes, Mochas, Macchiatos, Breves, Cappuccinos, Americanos, and Cold Brews. Each uses a different preparation method to create a distinct coffee experience, and all are fully customizable.
All 7 Classics share the same pricing: Kids $3.00, Small $4.50, Medium $5.50, Large $6.50. Flavor syrups and sweetness adjustments are included. Extra espresso shots are $0.75–$1.00 and alt milks may carry a small upcharge.
A Latte uses steamed 2% milk — smooth and moderate. A Breve uses steamed half-and-half — ultra rich, thick, and creamy. A Small Latte is ~120 cal; a Small Breve is ~250 cal. The Breve is the base for most 7 Originals like the Blondie and Sweet & Salty.
Both use espresso and milk, but a Latte is mostly steamed milk with light microfoam (smooth, creamy), while a Cappuccino is equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and thick froth (airy, lighter, more espresso-forward). Cappuccinos have slightly fewer calories.
At 7 Brew, a Macchiato is a layered drink where espresso is poured on top of flavored milk — so your first sip is strong espresso that gradually blends with sweetness. A Latte mixes everything together for a uniform taste throughout.
Espresso-based Classics: 60mg (Kids), 120mg (Small & Medium), 240mg (Large). Small and Medium share 2 shots — the Medium just has more milk. Cold Brew runs 20–30% higher per ounce due to extended steeping.
The Americano at just 10–20 calories (unsweetened). It is espresso + water with zero milk, fat, or sugar. Perfect for keto, intermittent fasting, or anyone who wants bold coffee flavor without calories.
Yes. Swap any drink to oat, almond, or coconut milk. The espresso and most syrups are dairy-free. Note that Mochas use chocolate milk by default — ask for a Latte with chocolate sauce and alt milk instead for a dairy-free mocha alternative.
Cold Brew is steeped at cold temperatures for 16–24 hours — naturally sweeter, smoother, less acidic, and higher in caffeine. An Iced Americano is hot-extracted espresso poured over ice and cold water — sharper, more traditional espresso bite, and slightly less caffeine.
Yes. Every Classic can be ordered as a Chiller (frozen blended) at the same price. The Chiller blends the drink with ice into a slushy texture. It adds roughly 50–100 calories due to the blending base.
Yes for most syrups — sugar-free vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, cinnamon, and Irish cream are available. Chocolate sauces used in Mochas cannot be made fully sugar-free. For the lowest sugar, order an Americano or plain Latte unsweetened.
7 Brew is generally cheaper per ounce ($0.20/oz vs Starbucks ~$0.37/oz), offers larger cup sizes (32oz Large vs 24oz Venti), and includes flavor syrups in the base price. Starbucks charges per pump. 7 Brew espresso is smoother and less bitter; Starbucks is darker and more intense.
A Medium Iced Vanilla Latte ($5.50, 180 cal, 120mg caffeine) with an extra shot is the safest first order. It is balanced, not too sweet, and gives you a clean read on 7 Brew's espresso quality. Say "half-sweet" if you prefer less sugar.
