The 7 Classics are the seven foundational espresso drink styles at 7 Brew: Lattes, Mochas, Macchiatos, Breves, Cappuccinos, Americanos, and Cold Brews. Each uses a different preparation method to create a distinct coffee experience, and all are fully customizable.

All 7 Classics share the same pricing: Kids $3.00, Small $4.50, Medium $5.50, Large $6.50. Flavor syrups and sweetness adjustments are included. Extra espresso shots are $0.75–$1.00 and alt milks may carry a small upcharge.

A Latte uses steamed 2% milk — smooth and moderate. A Breve uses steamed half-and-half — ultra rich, thick, and creamy. A Small Latte is ~120 cal; a Small Breve is ~250 cal. The Breve is the base for most 7 Originals like the Blondie and Sweet & Salty.
