A plain-English summary. It is a convenience only. The full text below is what governs.
- Independent guide, not the company. We are customers who got tired of guessing at calorie counts and prices.
- Free, with no account and no paywall. Every table, calculator and PDF is open to everyone.
- Our method is published. The Editorial Policy shows where each figure comes from and how it is checked.
- Funded by advertising only, with a hard separation between that revenue and editorial judgement.
- Corrections are welcome and credited on request, reader reports are among our best sources.
What this site is #
The 7 Brews Menu is an independent consumer publication covering the 7 Brew drive-thru menu. We document what is on the menu, what it costs, what is in it, and how to order it. We then build free tools that do the arithmetic nobody wants to do in a queue.
We are not the company. We are customers who order these drinks, keep records, read the nutrition documentation carefully, and publish what we find. Everything here exists to answer the questions we kept asking ourselves at the window.

Why we built it #
The appeal of this menu is also the problem with it. Between drink families, sizes, hot and iced and blended preparations, milk options, syrup counts and toppings, the realistic number of orderable combinations runs well into the tens of thousands. That is wonderful if you like choice and hopeless if you are trying to answer a simple question.
Questions like:
- How many calories is the drink I order every morning, in the size I actually get?
- What does swapping to a different milk, or dropping two pumps of syrup, actually change?
- Which drinks contain no dairy, and which of those contain nuts or soy instead?
- How much caffeine am I on for by mid-afternoon?
- Roughly what will this cost before I get to the window?
- What exact words do I say to order the thing I read about online?
No single official source answers all of those for every combination, and the sites that claimed to were mostly copying each other, often wrongly, and rarely dating anything. So we built the reference we wanted: figures traceable to real sources, modelling that is documented rather than asserted, dates on every page, and tools that compute instead of making you estimate.
Who we are #
A small team, described plainly rather than dressed up as an institution. The people behind this site are:
- Regular customers who order across different states and markets, which is how we notice that pricing and availability are not national.
- People who read nutrition documentation properly. Supplier sheets, ingredient statements, published disclosures, and who care about the difference between a measured value and a modelled one.
- Engineers who built the calculators, so that scaling and rounding are applied consistently by software rather than improvised per page.
Some of our most valuable contributors work at stands, and we do not name contributors unless they ask, so that helping us never creates a problem with an employer. Our Editorial Policy is candid about both what this team is good at and where we are not authoritative. We are not the brand and we are not clinicians.
What we cover #
Full menu and pricing
Every category on the menu, from 7 Originals and classics to energy drinks, teas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes with reference pricing by size.
Nutrition database
Calories, macros, sugar and caffeine across sizes and preparations in our nutrition guide, with modelling method and limits stated.
Allergen reference
Ingredient-level allergen mapping in the allergen guide, with the cross-contact warning that any honest version of this data requires.
Locations directory
A state, city and store directory with addresses as text, plus local context for each market we cover.
Secret menu
A vetted community recipe database with the exact order script for each build, because names alone rarely work at the window.
Ordering guides
Plain explanations of sizes, preparations, customisation vocabulary and what to say. Useful on a first visit and for anyone who finds ordering stressful.
The tools we build #
| Tool | What it does | Where your data lives |
|---|---|---|
| Calorie calculator | Add multiple drinks, set sizes and customisations, and see cumulative calories, macros, sugar and caffeine against published daily references. | In your browser only |
| Drink customiser | Model the effect of milk swaps, syrup counts, shots and toppings in real time, and generate the words to say at the window. | In your browser only |
| Allergen filter | Filter the menu by documented ingredient allergens. Dairy, soy, tree nuts, coconut, gluten. | In your browser only |
| Secret menu database | Searchable community builds with component-level order scripts and modelled nutrition. | Nothing stored |
| Drink suggestions | Weather- and preference-based recommendations, labelled as suggestions rather than data. | Request only, not stored |
Our tools deliberately keep your work on your own device. We could not produce your drink log if asked, because we never receive it. see the privacy policy.
How our data is made #
The short version, with the full account in our Editorial Policy:
- Primary sources first. Official brand disclosures and supplier documentation outrank everything else. We do not cite other unofficial menu sites. that is how bad numbers spread.
- Direct verification. Prices come from dated menu-board photographs and receipts across multiple markets, not from a single national list, because a national list does not exist.
- Documented modelling. For the combinations nobody publishes, we apply ingredient-level deltas with consistent volume handling and rounding and label the result an estimate.
- Two-source confirmation before a significant change goes live, or one source plus an official announcement.
- Dates on the page so you can judge freshness yourself instead of taking our word for it.
- Corrections applied fast, and disclosed on the page where an error could have led someone to a materially wrong decision.
Independence #
Independence is not a disclaimer we are obliged to print it is the reason this site is worth reading. Because no brand pays us or approves our copy, we can publish the comparison that is unflattering, note when a price rose, and recommend the smaller size when the smaller size is the better call.
It also means real limits on what we can do for you: we cannot take an order, issue a refund, look up a gift card, handle a complaint about a stand, or confirm what a specific stand is pouring today. Those all belong to the company. Our Terms spell that out.
How the site is funded #
Advertising, and nothing else. We display third-party ads, primarily through Google AdSense, and that revenue covers hosting, the drinks we buy to verify things, and development time.
What that buys you, and what it does not buy anyone else:
- You get everything free. No paywall, no subscription, no account, no email gate in front of a PDF.
- Advertisers get placement, not influence. Nobody can buy a ranking, change a nutrition figure, or have a comparison removed. Nobody outside the editorial team sees a guide before publication.
- We buy what we review. No free product, payment or hospitality in exchange for coverage.
- No sponsored posts, no paid reviews, no affiliate links today. If any of that changes, it will be labelled clearly at the point of use.
- We do not sell your data. There is barely any to sell. see the privacy policy.
Our full FTC advertising disclosure is in the disclaimer.
What we are not #
Setting expectations honestly is part of being useful:
- Not the company, and not a customer-service channel for it.
- Not medical or dietetic advice. We publish figures for comparison; a professional should advise on your health. See the health disclaimer.
- Not a food-safety authority. No website can clear a handmade drink as safe for an allergic person, and we say so wherever allergen data appears.
- Not a price guarantee. Independently owned stands set prices locally; the menu board wins.
- Not infallible. We cover thousands of combinations across a growing footprint. Errors happen; we want them reported and we fix them.
The standards we hold ourselves to #
Traceable figures
Every number traces to a primary source or to our documented model. If it traces to neither, it does not publish.
Visible dates
Pages carry a date so freshness is your judgement to make, not a claim you have to accept.
Honest uncertainty
Estimates are labelled estimates, ranges are labelled ranges, and unconfirmed data is flagged as unconfirmed.
Fast corrections
Acknowledged within 2 business days, fixed promptly, and disclosed on the page where it mattered.
Reviewed AI
AI never generates a nutrition, price or allergen figure, and nothing ships without a person checking it against source data.
Accessible by default
An allergen table a screen reader cannot navigate is a broken page. See our accessibility statement.
How readers make this better #
A photographed menu board from a city we have never visited is worth more than an afternoon of desk research. The most useful things you can send:
- A price photo. The board or your receipt, with the city. This is the single highest-value contribution.
- A new or discontinued item you have seen locally.
- An ingredient or allergen change, especially if you work at a stand and noticed a supplier switch.
- A closure, opening or relocation, so nobody else drives to the wrong address.
- A secret-menu build that actually works, with what you said to order it.
- A bug, or an accessibility barrier. Both get treated as real problems.
We verify before publishing, we do not pay for submissions, and we credit you only if you ask. What you send is covered by section 11 of our Terms.
