How to Use the Comparison Tool
The comparison tool above lets you put any two or three 7 Brew drinks next to each other and see exactly where they differ. Instead of guessing which order has fewer calories or more protein, you get the numbers laid out in a single view.
Start by clicking the + buttons to add drinks. Use the search bar to find specific items, or filter by category to browse 7 Classics, 7 Originals, smoothies, or any other menu section. You can also sort the search results by lowest calories, lowest sugar, or highest protein to quickly find drinks that match your goals.
Once you have at least two drinks selected, the tool automatically generates a comparison table, visual bar chart, quick verdict, and a cross-size calorie breakdown. Switch between Table and Bars views, toggle % Daily Value to see FDA-based percentages, or enable Diff mode (with 2 drinks) to see exact numerical differences.
What Gets Compared
The tool compares 8 nutrition and cost metrics. For most metrics, lower is better. The one exception is protein, where higher is better.

Why Size Changes the Winner
7 Brew offers four sizes: Kids (10 oz), Small (16 oz), Medium (24 oz), and Large (32 oz). Nutrition does not scale linearly across sizes because espresso shots and base ingredients change.
Two drinks that seem similar at Small can diverge at Large. For instance, a breve and a mocha might have nearly identical calories in a Small, but the breve (which uses half-and-half) can jump higher at Large because cream scales more aggressively than chocolate syrup.
Use the size selector in the tool to switch between sizes. The "Calorie Comparison Across All Sizes" table (shown below the main comparison) lets you see how each drink scales from Kids through Large without switching back and forth.

Tips for Smarter Comparisons
Compare across categories. Do not limit yourself to coffee vs coffee. Compare a latte against a smoothie or an energy drink. You might be surprised which category offers the lowest sugar for the same volume.
Use the % Daily Value toggle. Raw numbers can be hard to interpret. Seeing that a drink provides 40% of your daily sugar makes the impact much clearer than just reading "20g sugar."
Check the size comparison table. If you sometimes order a Medium and other times a Large, the cross-size table shows exactly where calories jump so you can decide if the upsize is worth it.
Share before ordering. Use the Share Link to send your comparison to friends or family when deciding on a group order. The link preserves all selections.
