The 7 Brews Menu is an independent consumer guide to the 7 Brew drive-thru menu. We research prices, model nutrition, map allergens and build free tools so that ordering is easier. We are careful, and we are still a third party writing about someone else's handmade product.

This page sets out the limits of what we publish. It is not fine print designed to be skipped, the allergen section in particular could matter to someone's health, and we would rather you read it than trust us more than is warranted.

"7 Brew", "7 Brew Coffee", the 7 Brew logo, and drink and range names including those used across the 7 Originals, 7 Energy and 7 Fizz lines, together with all associated slogans and trade dress, are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Every other trademark, trade name or service mark mentioned anywhere on this site belongs to its own owner.

We use those names descriptively, to identify the products we are writing about, under the principle commonly known as nominative fair use. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not imply a partnership, and we do not present our commentary as official brand communication.

We cannot help with anything operational. Orders, refunds, gift cards, rewards, complaints about a stand, hiring and franchising all belong to the company itself. All content on this site. Guides, tables, rankings, comparisons, calculators and commentary, is published for general information, education and consumer comparison. It is offered in good faith and researched to the standards in our Editorial Policy, but it carries no warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency.

Decisions you make in reliance on this site are your own. Where a decision matters, such as a serious allergy, a medical condition, a purchase or a journey to a specific stand, verify with the primary source before acting.

Our nutrition figures should be read with these limits in mind:

• They are estimates. Values are compiled from published disclosures and ingredient documentation, then modelled across sizes and customisations. They are not laboratory analyses of the cup you were handed.
• Handmade drinks vary. Pour volume, ice displacement, foam density, syrup pump calibration, blend time and barista technique all move the numbers, cup to cup and stand to stand.
• Recipes and suppliers change. A syrup reformulation or a new milk supplier can shift values before any public announcement is made.
• Use them comparatively. Our figures are most reliable when used to compare options. This drink versus that one, this size versus the next, rather than as absolute targets.
• They are not clinical. If you are counting macros for a medical reason, managing diabetes, or following a prescribed plan, treat our numbers as a starting point and confirm with your provider.

Consult a professional before acting on this content if you are pregnant or nursing, managing diabetes, blood pressure or a heart condition, taking medication, recovering from an eating disorder, or making decisions for a child. Our nutrition guide and calorie calculator carry the same limits.

Caffeine content is one of the least stable numbers we publish. It varies with bean origin and harvest, roast level, grind, dose, extraction time, brew temperature, steep duration and how recently the equipment was calibrated. Two identical orders from the same stand on the same day can differ measurably.

• Treat caffeine values as a range. Where we publish a figure, read it as a typical value with meaningful variance around it.
• Energy-style and multi-shot drinks stack quickly. Large sizes, extra shots and energy bases can combine to a much higher total than people expect.
• Published guidance is not universal. The FDA cites up to 400 mg per day as generally not associated with negative effects for most healthy adults. That reference does not apply to children or adolescents, to pregnant or nursing people, to anyone with a heart condition or arrhythmia, to those taking interacting medication, or to anyone who simply metabolises caffeine slowly.
• Sugar adds up the same way. Flavoured syrups, sweetened bases, drizzles and whipped toppings can push a large drink well past a typical daily added-sugar reference.

If you experience a racing heart, chest discomfort, severe anxiety, tremor or fainting after a caffeinated drink, seek medical attention. Do not use this site to self-manage a suspected caffeine problem.

Our allergen guide identifies drinks whose documented recipes do not include a given allergen. That is a meaningfully different claim from "safe for you":

• Formulations and suppliers change, sometimes without public notice.
• Shared equipment introduces cross-contact that no recipe list can capture.
• Substitutions made at the window may introduce an allergen we have not accounted for.
• "Non-dairy" is not the same as allergen-free: many non-dairy milks are themselves nut, soy or coconut based.
• We cannot audit any individual stand's handling practices.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. If you carry prescribed epinephrine, follow your allergy action plan rather than looking anything up.

Prices on this site are a researched national reference, not a quote. Many stands are independently owned and operated, which means pricing is set locally.

We update pricing continuously from reader receipts, photographs and verification visits, but we cannot promise that any figure matches your local stand today, and we accept no liability for a price difference.

Our locations directory is compiled from publicly available listings and reader reports. Stands open, close, relocate and change hours for holidays, weather, staffing and construction, and our data can lag those changes.

Treat addresses, hours and amenities as a research starting point. Confirm before driving, especially for early mornings, late nights and holidays. Map links point to third-party mapping services whose routing and accuracy we do not control.

Our secret menu database collects combinations shared by customers and staff. These are unofficial. They are not on any official menu, no stand is obliged to make them, and asking for one by name may simply produce a blank look. We give the component-by-component order script for exactly that reason.

• Availability depends on what ingredients that stand actually carries.
• Nutrition for community recipes is modelled from components and is less certain than for standard menu drinks.
• Complex custom builds cost more than the base drink, sometimes substantially.
• Be kind to the person taking your order. A long custom build during a rush is a big ask.

Our calorie calculator and drink customiser apply documented ingredient values and scaling factors to the options you choose. The output is a computed estimate. Not a measurement, and not a figure published by any brand.

• Every limit in section 4 applies to calculator output, and compounds when you stack customisations.
• AI-assisted suggestions are generated recommendations. They can be wrong, and they are not a source of verified nutrition data. Check our tables.
• Weather-based suggestions rely on third-party forecast data we do not control.
• Anything you save stays in your browser, as described in our privacy policy. Clearing site data deletes it and we cannot recover it.

The 7 Brews Menu is funded by advertising. We display third-party advertisements, primarily through Google AdSense, and Google may work with certified partners to fill inventory. That revenue pays for hosting, data research, verification visits and development, and it is why every calculator, table and PDF on this site is free with no paywall or subscription.

The practical version of that commitment: our rankings are based on the criteria we publish, our nutrition figures follow the modelling method in our Editorial Policy, and we correct errors even when the correction is inconvenient. If our content ever appears to have been shaped by a commercial relationship, tell us. That is a serious complaint and we will treat it as one.

We link out to mapping and directions services, official brand and nutrition sources, regulatory references such as FDA guidance, and occasionally social platforms and news coverage.

Those destinations are not under our control. We do not endorse them by linking, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or practices, and this disclaimer does not extend to them. We select outbound links on editorial merit and check them during audits, but we cannot monitor them continuously.

References to brand names, product names and nutritional figures are made for identification, comparison, commentary and consumer education. Uses recognised under fair use and nominative fair-use principles. Factual data such as calorie counts is not itself copyrightable; our original selection, arrangement, modelling and writing is, as set out in our Terms.
