About This Drink
Peaches N' Cream Shake

The 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake is a caffeine-free blended dessert drink built from peach flavoring, vanilla syrup, and 7 Brew proprietary ice cream mix, whipped with ice into a thick, spoon-thick milkshake. It contains 0mg of caffeine in every size, ranging from 190 calories in the Kids 10oz up to 660 calories in the Large 32oz, and prices run $4.00 for Kids, $5.50 Small, $6.50 Medium, and $7.50 Large. Milk is the only allergen listed, which is the giveaway that this is a true dairy shake and not a fruit blend.

Here is what most people get wrong about 7 Brew shakes: there is no scoop of hard ice cream going into the blender. Every shake on the menu starts with the same proprietary ice cream mix, a thick dairy base that behaves like a soft-serve batter, and then flavor syrups are added on top of it. For the Peaches N' Cream, that means peach flavoring plus vanilla syrup, blended with ice until it reaches that dense, straw-resistant texture. The vanilla is not decoration, it is the "cream" half of the name, and it is what pushes the drink toward peach cobbler a la mode instead of plain peach.

7 Brew started in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017 as a drive-thru-only stand with a seven-item menu, and the shake and smoothie lineup grew out of the same philosophy that built the 7 Originals: pick a nostalgic flavor everyone already recognizes, then make it absurdly customizable. The Peaches N' Cream lands squarely in that lane. It is the drink you order at 8pm when you want dessert but the coffee window is closed, and it is one of the few things on the board a five-year-old can drink without a caffeine conversation. Crew members will happily run it half-sweet, sub in a different syrup, or size it down if the full sugar load is too much.

Information for Peaches N' Cream Shake

Caffeine-Free
Confirmed 0mg in all four sizes. No espresso, no cold brew, no tea component anywhere in the build.
Contains Milk
The ice cream mix is dairy-based. This is the only listed allergen, and it is unavoidable in the standard build.
Vegetarian
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians. Contains dairy but no meat or gelatin-based ingredients.
Not Vegan
To get close, ask for oat or almond milk in place of the ice cream mix plus peach and vanilla syrups blended with ice. Confirm the whipped topping is skipped. The result is a thin peach slush, not a shake.
Not Keto-Friendly
Even the Kids size carries 31g carbs and 28g sugar. Sugar-free vanilla only removes part of that. There is no low-carb version of this drink.
Not Diabetes-Friendly As Built
A Large at 112g carbs and 102g sugar is a very large glucose load. If you want the flavor, order Kids size half-sweet with sugar-free vanilla and pair it with a protein-containing snack.
Nut-Free Build
No nut syrups in the standard recipe, but 7 Brew blenders and pitchers are shared with hazelnut and almond milk drinks, so cross-contact is possible. Flag a severe allergy at the window.
Kid-Safe
Zero caffeine makes it appropriate for children. The 190-calorie, 28g-sugar Kids size is still a dessert, so treat it as one.

TASTE

What Does the 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake Taste Like?

The first thing that hits is aroma, not flavor. Pull the lid back and it smells like canned peaches in syrup, that sweet, slightly candied peach note rather than the tart snap of a fresh one off the tree. The first sip is thick enough that you work for it through the straw, and what arrives is cold vanilla dairy first, peach second. That order matters. This is a cream shake with peach in it, not a peach drink with cream added.

Mid-sip is where the vanilla syrup and the ice cream mix fuse into something that genuinely reads as peach cobbler filling with melted vanilla bean ice cream stirred through it. There is a faint stone-fruit tang underneath, just enough acidity to keep the dairy from going flat, but it never crosses into sour. Texture-wise it is dense and slightly grainy from the blended ice, closer to a Chick-fil-A shake than a Frappuccino, and it thickens further as the ice settles.

The finish is the sweetest part of the whole experience. Peach candy sweetness lingers on the back of the tongue for a good thirty seconds, coating in a way that makes a Large a genuine commitment. Around the halfway point of a Medium most people either love it or start wishing they had gone half-sweet. There is zero bitterness anywhere in the drink, which is exactly why kids inhale it and why coffee drinkers sometimes find it one-note.

INGREDIENTS

What's Actually in the 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake?

Ice Cream Mix A thick dairy soft-serve style base, not scooped ice cream. It is the source of the Milk allergen, the 8g to 26g of fat, and the 5g to 15g of protein across sizes.
Peach Flavoring A sweetened peach syrup with a canned-cling-peach profile rather than fresh fruit tartness. Provides the orange-blush color and most of the fruit character.
Vanilla Syrup Standard sweet vanilla, roughly 2 pumps Small to 4 pumps Large. This is the cream half of the name and it rounds off the peach edge. Sugar-free vanilla is available on request.
Ice Blended in to build the milkshake body. Asking for light ice makes the shake thicker and richer but gives you slightly less volume.
Whipped Topping Standard on blended drinks unless you decline it. Adds roughly 50 to 80 calories and about 1g of sugar depending on the pour.

Ingredients may vary by location. Always confirm with your barista.

First Time?

How to Order the Peaches N' Cream Shake for the First Time

Order a Small, half-sweet, with whipped topping on the side or skipped entirely. That combination lands you around 250 calories and roughly 35g of sugar, and it gives you the honest flavor of the drink without the sugar wall that makes people quit halfway through a Large. If you already know you like Chick-fil-A peach shakes or peach cobbler with ice cream, go straight to full sweetness on a Small and see how you feel.

Ask for a wide straw or a spoon. This shake is thick enough out of the blender that a standard straw fights back for the first five minutes. Also plan to drink it within about twenty minutes. Blended ice cream mix separates as it warms, and a Large left in a cup holder for forty minutes turns soupy and noticeably sweeter as the ice melts out of suspension.

If you are ordering for a group, this is the safest pick on the board for anyone avoiding caffeine, including kids, pregnant customers, and people who are done with coffee for the day. Just remember it is a dessert, not a fruit smoothie, and price the calories accordingly.

Pro tip: Don't be afraid to ask your brewista for recommendations — they love helping first-timers!

Best Time to Enjoy

Late afternoon and evening are the sweet spot. With 0mg of caffeine, the Peaches N' Cream Shake is one of the few drinks you can order at 8pm without sabotaging your sleep, which is exactly when the 7 Brew line fills with families and post-dinner dessert runs. It also works as a hot-weather treat in place of ice cream, since a Kids size at 190 calories is genuinely lighter than most soft-serve cones. What it does not work as is a breakfast drink. At 74g of sugar, a Medium delivers a sugar spike with only 11g of protein to slow it down, so drinking it on an empty stomach at 7am is a fast track to a mid-morning crash. Pair it with food, or treat it as the dessert it actually is.

Ordered the Peaches N' Cream on a whim because the caffeine cutoff for me is like 2pm and I still wanted something from the window. It is dessert, full stop. Tastes exactly like peach cobbler filling with vanilla ice cream melted into it. I add one pump of cinnamon now every single time and it takes it to another level. The medium is thick enough that I need a spoon for the first five minutes. My kids get the kids size and there is no caffeine argument to have, which honestly is the whole reason I keep coming back with them in the car.

Really good and I get it maybe twice a month, but full sweet is genuinely too much for me. First time I got a medium and tapped out around halfway, then looked up that it is 74 grams of sugar and understood why. Now I order small half-sweet with no whip and it is perfect, still creamy and peachy without the syrupy aftertaste. Only knocking a star because the peach is clearly the canned peach kind rather than fresh, which some people will love and some will not. Texture is excellent though, thicker than anything Starbucks makes.

Kevin Brandt2 months ago

It is fine, just not for me. I went in expecting something closer to a fruit smoothie and got a straight up milkshake, which is on me for not reading how 7 Brew makes these. The vanilla dominates and the peach reads a little artificial on the finish. My wife loves it so we still order it. If you want actual peach flavor with some tartness I would honestly get a peach lemonade instead, way more refreshing and way fewer calories. This one is a dessert and should be treated like one.

How to Make the Peaches N' Cream Shake at Home

5 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream (a standard mid-range brand like Breyers works better than a super premium ice cream, which blends too rich)
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons Torani Peach syrup (Monin Peach also works and is slightly more natural tasting)
  • 1 tablespoon Torani Vanilla syrup
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon syrup for a cobbler version
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1

Add the whole milk, peach syrup, and vanilla syrup to the blender first so the syrups do not stick to the bottom.

2

Add the ice cream on top of the liquids, then the ice last.

3

Blend on high for 25 to 35 seconds. Stop as soon as it is smooth. Over-blending melts the ice cream and gives you a thin drink.

4

Check the texture. If it flows too easily off a spoon, add 2 to 3 more ice cubes and pulse twice.

5

Pour into a 16oz cup, top with whipped cream, and serve immediately with a wide straw.

Lighter Version

Use sugar-free syrups and skip whipped cream to save 100-150 calories.

FAQ

Common Questions

How many calories are in a 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake?
A 7 Brew Peaches N Cream Shake ranges from 190 calories in the Kids 10oz to 660 calories in the Large 32oz. The Small 16oz has 310 calories, and the popular Medium 24oz has 490 calories. The calories come almost entirely from the dairy ice cream mix, which supplies 8g to 26g of fat and 5g to 15g of protein, plus the peach flavoring and vanilla syrup, which drive the 28g to 102g of sugar. To cut calories, order half-sweet to save about 90 calories on a Medium, skip the whipped topping to save 50 to 80 calories, or size down from a Medium to a Small to save 180 calories and 28g of sugar.
Does the 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake have caffeine?
No. The Peaches N Cream Shake contains 0mg of caffeine in all four sizes including Kids, Small, Medium, and Large. It is built from ice cream mix, peach flavoring, vanilla syrup, and ice, with no espresso, cold brew, tea, or energy blend involved. That makes it one of the safest picks on the 7 Brew menu for children, for anyone avoiding caffeine, and for late evening orders. If you do want caffeine in it, you can ask for espresso shots to be blended in, which adds 120mg for two shots, but it fundamentally changes the flavor into something closer to a peach coffee shake.
Is the 7 Brew Peaches N' Cream Shake made with real peaches?
No, it is not made with fresh whole peaches. 7 Brew shakes are built by blending their proprietary dairy ice cream mix with flavor syrups and ice, so the peach character comes from peach flavoring rather than fruit puree or fresh fruit. This is different from the 7 Brew smoothie line, which uses fruit purees blended with the same ice cream mix. In practice the shake tastes like canned cling peaches in syrup rather than a fresh, tart peach, which is exactly why it reads as peach cobbler. If you want more actual fruit character, the peach smoothie is the closer option.
Can you get the Peaches N' Cream Shake dairy free or vegan?
Not in its standard form. Milk is the listed allergen and the ice cream mix is dairy-based, which is what creates the shake texture. The workaround is asking for oat or almond milk blended with peach syrup, vanilla syrup, and ice in place of the ice cream mix, and skipping the whipped topping. That version is dairy-free and roughly 100 to 150 calories lighter, but it comes out thin and slushy rather than thick and creamy, so manage expectations. Also note that 7 Brew blenders are shared equipment, so trace dairy contact is possible for anyone with a severe milk allergy.
What is the difference between a 7 Brew shake and a 7 Brew smoothie?
Both start from the same proprietary dairy ice cream mix, which is why both list Milk as an allergen, but shakes are flavored with syrups while smoothies are flavored with fruit purees. That makes shakes like the Peaches N Cream more dessert-forward, sweeter, and more vanilla-driven, while smoothies keep a bit more fruit tartness and body. Neither is made with scooped hard ice cream and neither is made with fresh whole fruit. Calorie-wise they land in similar territory, with the Peaches N Cream Shake at 490 calories and 74g sugar for a Medium. If you want the dessert experience, get the shake. If you want something that at least gestures toward fruit, get the smoothie.
