I have had great service and drinks at this location. However today 2 of my drinks were trash and I did not feel like the young lady that was taking my order new the menu or cared what I was asking for. She kindly joked about my total being a lot because I did order 5 drinks but then never actually told me my total. I was very disappointed. We live 30 mins away and look forward to coming here every once in a while. Hope this doesnt happen again.

If they pay these employees by the hour, why is there a tip screen for taking an order and giving us our purchase having that screen there makes you feel obligated no other fast food place has a tip screen that you have to reject and then the employee acts differently when you don't put a tip on It's completely unfair to the Customer. they're already charging seven dollars for one simple coffee medium, so we're already being overcharged Crazy totally crazy business
