7 Brew on 5th Street Highway has officially become my daily coffee stop. The coffee is consistently great—better than Dunkin' and cheaper than Starbucks, which is a pretty unbeatable combination. The menu has plenty of options, and everything I've tried has been delicious. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. Even when the line looks intimidating, I've never waited more than about five minutes. The team absolutely hustles, and they're impressively efficient without making you feel rushed. The whole place just has good vibes. Fun music, friendly energy, and some of the sweetest baristas you'll ever meet. Period. Everyone always seems genuinely happy to be there, and it makes a difference when you're starting your day.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I sat waiting while employees stood around chatting with someone who had already gotten their drink. At one point, a dark-skinned male employee and three female employees were in and out of a coworker’s car and talking for at least 15 minutes while customers were left waiting. I understand being friendly with coworkers, but customers should come first. Watching employees socialize instead of doing their jobs was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. If customers are paying for a service, they shouldn’t be left waiting while employees hang out in the parking lot. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be rushing back.
