I LOVE 7 Brew!! But y’all need to open on time!! It feels like such a joke to look forward all throughout my workout to coffee, knowing it’s the only thing that will get me through my 12 hour shift and then the cafe is all dark and sad when we roll up! This particular establishment has been closed multiple times well past 5:30, and it is such a disappointing way to start the day! I never know if it’s an open on time day or miss my coffee day!

It says it’s open @ 530 however it’s been 3 or 4 times in the last month that I’ve waited about 10-15 minutes and nobody has come to help let alone it doesn’t look like anybody is there. Very disappointing!!

In the last month I have tried to grab a coffee after the gym and says it opens at 5:30 and lights are off and nobody inside or the worker is sitting in their car with their lights on. This is usually around 5:40-5:45. Very disappointing. This has happened 2-3 times I know for sure including today 7/14.

Thanks to the employees of 7 brew for allowing this group of girls to hold up the line after getting their drinks by allowing them to get out of their car, stand outside of the car and chit chat to the driver (before getting back into the car 3 mins later) and finally only to move a little bit over and park in their parking lot and use it as their own personal space to stand around a little more and block an exit. This 7 Brew has become a serious issue when just trying to get a quick drink. The line was SO SLOW on the outside lane today and then you couldnt get out because of how packed the drive thru was from the traffic coming in and blocking exits and instead of having people pull up, they came to stand as far back as possible leaving huge gaps, which caused the congestion to begin with. It becomes frustrating to support business closest to you, who prides themselves on "kindess" but has some of the rudest teenage girls working there. They obviously do not take their patrons comments into account either because one of the girls with the worst attitudes is still there 3/4 months after several complaints of her horrendous behavior to consistent/frequent customers. Get it together or lose business.
