We come to this 7Brew often and experience is usually pretty positive, but today Jessie was the opposite. Soon as I pulled up she rattled off order and it didn't sound right so she raises her voice and says ",you didn't order a chiller?" I said no and repeated we all ordered iced. She sighs and rolls her eyes and ducks into the stand to tell them. Comes out and just hands me the other two drinks, then we wait for other one to be remade and she shoved it in my window and says here I asked her for her name, because I will make sure I am not in her lane again. I think next time I am waiting to tip to see what kind of service I get, because I sure would not have tipped today.

I love 7 brew! I have tried so many combinations but I love caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle…Yum. My daughter loves sweet and salty add funnel cake. 😋Service is always fast and friendly and we earn lots of reward points for free drinks!

Always a good experience at this location. The line moves quickly and the employees are always kind and friendly. This is my go to location in the area.

Half the time I go to this location the workers are crowded around a car blocking one of the drive thru lanes talking to their friends inside of the car, this can make your wait just to have your order taken 10-15 minutes longer than it should be if you happen to pick the wrong line. While there are a couple workers who work very hard and walk out to the cars to take orders and get people through the line as quickly as possible, the majority will stand around and talk to their friends or play on their phone to avoid leaving their station to take orders down the line. Management needs to curb this bad behavior as sometimes in the early and mid morning the lines can have 15+ cars in each line.
