I had a wonderful experience with Lexus and Katie. It was my first time coming to 7 brew and they were very helpful with finding the perfect drink for me. Accommodated my health needs and were super nice. The whole interaction was a 10/10!

It used to be a great place when it opened, maybe 2 workers are nice the rest are rude don’t say “you’re welcome” and smile or barely even talk. I went today a girl handed me my drink and just walked away if you are going to work in customer service you should know how to be respectful.

I usually have a great experience here but I left feeling really uncomfortable about the whole trip. The young girl taking our order made it seem like we were such a bother. I was patient and even tipped 3 dollars on my two drink order. Both drinks were made wrong, and when we kindly said that, the girl rolled her eyes and walked back. We then didn’t get straws, or get told to have a good day or anything.
