I love 7brew. But this location, the line cones aren't there to do their job so there's a cluster by the highway. 20+ cars in driveway + cluster by the road and there's one person taking orders. You'd think for being the only one in the area you'd try a little harder. Edit to add: handed me my incorrect drinks like "🙄here". Def the worse 7brew I've been to.

EDIT : THEY REMOVED MY POST THE FIRST TIME! love 7 brew- I used to work this location and they’re usually good about it - I always do light ice and pay the extra - but the past few times they do not fill up my cup at all I figured it was just a mistake at first but it keeps happening and I can’t help but wonder if it’s because an employee their doesn’t get along with me but I finally took a picture bc this is three times now my cup is not full why do I pay extra money for to not have my cup full - this is right when I got it before I even took a single sip

I have been to 7 Brew many times and have always been happy with what I have ordered.I was not happy this morning with my drink order at the North Syracuse location on Brewerton Road. I ordered a Blue Raspberry fizz. There was no fizz and it tasted like seltzer water. It was not a good way to spend my $5.00! I am going back there today to request a Free drink.
