Had my co worker stop and get me a trickshot with cold foam. She came back with a trickshot full of curtled cream. Looked gross and tasted horrible. After work I went there to get the right drink and the guy was rude saying I would have to pay for a new one. Really.....terrible customer service. After telling him it didn't taste like the one I had last week. With a discussed look and said thats how they are he finally said he would make me a new one. What happened to Im sorry, let me make you a new drink with a smile we want our customers happy and see you next time. Very disappointed 😞
