The Brew Lagoon is a caffeine-free sparkling soda from the 7 Fizz lineup at 7 Brew, built from three flavor syrups - lime, blue raspberry, and coconut - poured over ice and topped with sparkling water. It contains 0mg of caffeine in every size, which makes it one of the few genuinely kid-safe, all-ages drinks on the entire 7 Brew menu. Nutritionally it lands at 80 calories for the 10oz Kids, 170 calories for the 16oz Small, 250 calories for the 24oz Medium, and 340 calories for the 32oz Large, with all of those calories coming from sugar in the syrups (21g, 43g, 64g, and 85g respectively). There is no dairy, no espresso, and no listed allergens.

7 Brew started as a single drive-thru stand in Rogers, Arkansas, and grew on the strength of the 7 Originals coffee lineup - but the 7 Fizz sodas became the sleeper hit for passengers who do not drink coffee. Unlike a "dirty soda" shop that starts with canned Sprite or Dr Pepper, 7 Brew builds a Fizz from scratch at the window: syrups go into the cup first, then ice, then carbonated water, then a stir.
