This was the weakest 7brew ive been too. The girls taken our order acted like we were a bother then the girl giving us our stickers acted as if us getting 5 sheets for our 5 drinks was a inconvenience. Maybe im spoiled to my normal one idk

I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience at 7 Brew was genuinely disappointing because of the way one employee treated customers, her name is rocky.The worker was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and had an attitude from the beginning of the interaction. Customer service should make people feel welcomed, and instead it felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand everyone has bad days, but there is a difference between being stressed and openly disrespectful to customers. The behavior completely changed the atmosphere and honestly made me not want to return.Just because an ex employee is in the car is no reason to not practice what this business teaches by “cultivating kindness” I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and addresses how employees speak to and treat people, because one bad interaction can ruin the entire experience.

Consistently not making my drink right. How hard is it to put whipped topping on? They either use cold foam or I don’t get anything. Especially at 5:30 when they first open those people mess my drinks up. I don’t have issues with 7brew in Saginaw they’re consistently on point. See photo. Where’s my whipped cream? I wouldn’t complain but almost $8 for a coffee I definitely want it how I order it.
