Started off as a referral - drinks great, people fantastic, five stars all the way around. Today, I’ve gotten sick from dairy when I have a dairy allergy listed. Cleaning with chemicals mid service. Wrong drinks given and then you get looks like you’re the problem. Such a bummer. Doesn’t take calls and when you reach customer service they say go back to have the drink remade or drink it before you leave. Ever consider I’m on lunch or passing by and neither option is very convenient?

I just want to say that any time I come through Saginaw, I have to stop and get my coffee fix. Each and every time, my cup of heaven is PERFECT! Not to mention, the staff at this location are the absolute sweetest! Thank you all for making my day each time, and I'm sorry yall have to deal with that loud train horn all day!! 😆
