We waited a significant time in line and then they got both of our drinks wrong…we thought one was just the wrong size and they corrected it but turns out they made both of them with lemonade instead of energy. We couldn’t get it fixed because we didn’t notice by the time we had left and we would have had to turn around. They also didn’t ask for my phone number. The girl who we asked to fix the one drink was rude after we asked her to fix it.

I couldn’t believe it, my wife went through there this morning (I was with her) and the person who took the order as well as the person who gave it to her were completely rude , no personality, no greeting, no thank you, and not courteous at all. She (my wife) had went through there a few days ago and the same thing. I have been with her to others and the people there are always super friendly, great personalities, and always greet us and thank us , they usually go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. I’m sending this review because I hope someone can coach these employees and maybe get them to at least pretend to be friendly and courteous to the customer. I can’t imagine if this happened to someone on their first experience there.

Just went today june6, 9:02pm to this 7brew, a bunch of teenager boys were standing there, & there is a white truck infront of me, & one of the teenage boys decide to take their time speaking to this young girl in the truck and take super long & take our order & still the girl hasnt moved in her truck, guys still chatting with her. Then we get our drinks and this other guy is telling us that they are talking that the girl isnt going to move and for us to move on the other drive thru lane to get out & i told him specifically no we shouldnt have to move to another lane just to let one of these boys speak and flirt with a girl in a truck and be unprofessional on not doing their job and making us as customers wait until they finish chatting. I hope the managers or something gets fixed with doing their job correctly and not flirt around and chatt for 20 mins in the driveway and forcing us to move around so they can still talk, super unprofessional and ridiculous for these teenage boys to act and do this and speak to us disrespectfully. I hope they check the cameras so they can see themselves. I put the time and date it happened.
