Just left with my coffee. I watched the brewista make it. No gloves would not have been an issue if I hadn't watched her scoop ice with the scoop and then throw the scoop in the bin with the ice. Instant contamination of the entire ice bin. Probably done it a dozen times since she started shift. Guess I should be thankful her pink hair was put back. Now I just have to wonder where all her hands have been today since she washed them last and so does every single person who gets a drink from her. Do better. I know you know there is a place to put the ice scoop that isnt in the bin with the ice.

Going to mineral wells Tx 7brew and the coffee makers don’t listen to anything.. “Extra shot of powder please” they just don’t even care and won’t do it there drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent. Love the workers tho I’ll give them that. This is supposed to be MATCHA.

I go here maybe 4 days out of the week, they are always super quick and friendly. I go this morning. Everything is great. Line is long but that’s usual so no biggie. When I got handed my drink there was a hole on the side of the cup so it got all over my car and my pants. The employee working gave me napkins and put my drink in another cup. I asked if I could speak to a manager, or anyone else. Then he just left and acted like nothing happened. Maybe I’m being “too much” but as someone who works in a customer service establishment, this situation could have been handled better.

Over all the employees are great and the coffee is always good. But the manager, Kristen, treats the workers like absolute garbage. She yells at them over little things in front of customers. And it not pleasant things sometimes. I hope higher ups see this and consider finding a better manager. I wouldn’t want to work minimum wage & get treated badly by my manager.
