very terrible experience and it has happened 2 times now, my iced drink is melted and sitting outside while i’m waiting for 15 minutes for it, then the lady was very rude and ignored me when i tried to ask her about it! will never go back would also recommend everyone else finding a new coffee spot to not be disappointed!
