My coworker and I were doing a quick run for work and we didn’t have our phones with us. I have never had their coffee, but he has at a different location and he told me how good their coffee was. We pulled up and there was not a big drive up menu to view like you would see at a fast food restaurant although he stated the Raeford location has one. The older lady wasn’t very helpful. We explained we didn’t have our phones to look at the menu as she suggested. They didn’t have a paper menu and she didn’t offer any suggestions. The smaller tv screen (2) mainly had pictures of a guy and it takes forever to see the coffee menu before it rotates out to another picture on a side wall. With two smaller screens, one should be able to view without moving. During that time we did not have a car behind us and when one did arrive another younger lady went and took their order. They were not helpful and we got tired of trying to catch the menu on the moving screen so we left. The customer service alone lets me know not to come back.
