I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was upsetting. I just got my drink 10 minutes ago, I ordered a hot latte. They came out with a cold one, when I informed her of that she went back inside to remake it. No problem. When she came back out the cup was scolding hot and when I tasted my coffee it tasted like ash. As a former employee of 7brew who's experimented with drinks I could tell that the barista put the cold drink under the milk steamer to pass it off as hot. I had to go back and ask them to remake it. I was not upset at the first drink mistake because it happens. But to give me a drink knowing that it's wrong made me feel very disrespected. I hope that next time mistakes like this don't happen.

Took one sip..O.M.G. goodbye Dunkin..it was nice while it lasted! This is my new coffee shop..smooth, creamy, flavorful, wonderful flavors to choose from...Price is right..staff is friendly...high quality product...Drive Thru..not a coffee sit down shop...get and go...
