I have wanted to LOVE 7brew so badly, but the amount of ice in the drinks (even when asking for light ice) is crazy. I have found a way to modify my coffee drinks to taste more like coffee than cream. It just takes time and tweaking the amount of shots a bit. I just cannot get the ice to an acceptable level :(

I frequent this location A LOT. I understand its a majority of kids working here but when you pay $40 for drinks and then you get them and they are not what they should be its disappointing. Basically the drinks are only correctly made if you go in the morning while management is in. And then some of those kids have the nastiest attitudes! The girl with the braids was throwing a fit in front of customers a few days ago bc she was asked to come out and take orders and for some reason she took it out on us (the customer) being the most unpleasant person to take an order and then didn't even take our card payment bc she was so angry they had her come out to take our order she took it and walked away saying pay up there..it was really weird and very unprofessional. So unfortunately as much as I frequent this location I have to give a 3 star based on service alone. I suggest lots of customer service training!
