First time trying this business. I didn’t like the rudeness of the staff. It seems like the workers were prioritizing socializing outside instead of taking orders when there was a long line. The workers were huddled in a group laughing and socializing while customers were waiting. Only a few workers were actually working and looked frustrated and angry. I paid $10 for something that was melted when I got it and was missing the ingredients I paid for. The employee who took my order didn’t ask for my phone number either to get the rewards and of course, they do not give you a receipt. I had to ask for the price of the drink while ordering they just expect you to tap your card without being told the price and then it asks for a tip. Never coming back. My melted smoothie was mediocre.
