Being from Arkansas, where there is a 7 brew around every corner, we were delighted to find one in Albuquerque! The crew was fast and friendly. Great work holding up the 7 Brew standards!!!

This morning I went to 7brew to get gift cards for graduation gifts. I know that they are constantly busy but when we drove up to the worker he had such a snappy attitude and rolled his eyes when we drove up. If you don’t enjoy your job do not bother going to it with a bad attitude, bad customer service. We got up to the window to get our gift cards and the girl up there was even worse than the guy that was taking our order. Unfortunately yes we did have two separate orders but the girl was just not having it. I also ordered a gift card and a drink and I received my drink but not my gift card. My friend received her gift card a bit before me. The girl then proceeded to give us the look of “drive off” and we asked her very politely if we can have the second gift card(that was already paid for) she then continued to tell us she already gave it to us and we thought maybe she did, but after a long search there was no second gift card. We never got hostile with her but she proceeded to tell her coworker that we don’t have the second gift card even though she gave it to us(she didn’t) she gave us the second one finally and then gave us bad attitude when leaving. 7brew please hire nicer people!

Ive been coming here since they opened & I used to LOVE IT everybody was always so welcoming, fun & on point with the drinks, within the last three months I don’t enjoy coming by anymore unfortunately there’s always somebody with attitude/rushing me “ OKAY WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER “ or they mess up my drinks almost every time . I’ve told them about it at least once & that was enough for me when I got the attitude from it. I tried it again today after not coming back for awhile & sadly again, my drink was wrong once again. They always repeat the order back too so idk how that keeps happening but yeah I can’t enjoy this place anymore.
