7 Brew is a fun unique Caffeine focused drive through. They have coffee, energy drinks, teas and fizzie sodas . They even have the option for a plain black coffee if you’re not into the frills of whip cream, extra sugar with drizzles. 7 brew is all about cultivating kindness with fun promotions, like free drink, free, swag, such as cups, stickers, , Koozies, etc They employ people of all different backgrounds, ages, and genders. this is not a place that just does “coffee Styles favored by teenage girls” You can customize your drinks you can ask for less sugar and alternate base items. Things I would recommend being worked on, 1) sometimes the music is to loud and can’t hear/focus on ordering. 2) make sure employees are aware of all promotions and have a lead on shift for when they don’t know the answer for customers questions . I’ve had a few of them not no what the promotion is and instead of going to ask someone they just said “I don’t know.” To which I have to prompt them to go ask someone to confirm and or show them my email/text showing that the promotion is in fact going on for this location. This is an easy fix with some additional training and reminders. Outside of that staff is always exceptionally kind, fun, and provide great ideas for unique drink options when I’m not sure what to get. This is an experience there usually is going to be a line so be mindful on the times you do go. I have gone right before work during non-peak hours and I’m able to grab a drink and get to work on time. If you are worried that the line is going to be too long and you have to go to work I recommend being in the line that’s on the outside so you can exit it quickly.
