Waited in line 20 minutes for two black coffees. Once you’re in line you can’t get out. Would have liked to see a menu prior to placing an order, but the employee taking our order didn’t offer one and acted annoyed when we asked. Going back to Starbucks.

I got banned because an around 5’6 guy large dude dark brown hair and facial hair made a comment to me so I went back to the store on foot and asked “what do you say?” While standing in the customer area. And later I was in the parking lot in a public space not on there property then they called the cops told me then that I’m banned after already calling the cops for me trespassing. So they called the cops on for me violating a warning then then gave me the warning in front of the cops. So I think the manager should be fired because I mean she said she was the manager and the other dude.
