My experience is something I would never wish for, I’m not quite sure who it was but I went to through to get myself a drink on a Wednesday afternoon and I had a man take my order, he was a white man with red hair and his name was Cade or something like that,( I heard one of the workers say his name). at first he was super friendly but as the conversation kept rolling he said I was so hot and that he wanted to get my number normally this would be okay but he kept insisting and said that I could have a great time with him.. implying something obviously more than just flirting. It made me deeply uncomfortable and I know if it’s happened to me I cannot imagine how many others it’s happened too, the service I normally have is great but this experience has turned me away so deeply that I don’t want to return. So disappointing

This is my favorite location. My favorite stop on the way to work! Also, whenever I have my baby in the car Candace always makes sure to tell her good morning! They have great customer service and the coffee is awesome! I honestly love all the sugar free options since I’m T1D! Great people. Never had any issues here and I’m sure I’ll be back tomorrow as usual. 🫶

This 7 Brew location is hands-down the best! My drinks are always consistent and delicious, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the customer service is unmatched. Ashley, Candace, Kayla, and Haley truly make my mornings whenever I come through. They are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I also appreciate the entire staff-everyone is friendly, positive, and hard working. It's rare to find a place that gets both the coffee and the customer service right every single time.

I’ve visited different 7 Brew locations several times, and while I genuinely enjoy the coffee, my first experience at the Metairie location left me disappointed. The iced Cookie Butter coffee is excellent and one of the reasons I’ve returned. I was greeted quickly when I arrived, but the customer service throughout the rest of the visit was lacking. After taking my order, the employee immediately began yelling jokes to a coworker without acknowledging me further or providing any direction. As the vehicle in front of me left, I began moving forward through the drive-thru. At that moment, an employee who had just finished helping a customer walked directly in front of my vehicle without looking or acknowledging that cars were moving through the lane. It was surprising and concerning from a safety standpoint. What happened next was even more disappointing. The same employee gathered with several coworkers near my vehicle and began loudly discussing the customer she had just been assisting. While I couldn’t hear every detail, the tone of the conversation felt judgmental and unprofessional. The group was speaking loudly enough that I could clearly hear them from my car with the window down, and it seemed their attention was focused more on discussing a previous customer than on serving the customers who were currently waiting. As a customer, it left me wondering whether this is how other guests are discussed after they drive away. When I finally received my drink, it was prepared quickly, but the lid was not secured properly and was leaking. The coffee itself was great, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism, customer awareness, and attention to detail. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the quality of the product deserves a customer experience to match.
