Stopped in the Campbell Lane 7Brew yesterday afternoon. Both lanes were equally busy. Maybe 4 or 5 cars each. We chose the right lane and ordered 2 of the spring signature drinks. Our server was very friendly so that was not an issue. Our lane barely moved as we sat appx 30 minutes, while the left lane serviced the initial line and at least 5 more cars. I don't understand why they don't help the other line if it is significantly moving slower. After the guy handed us our drink and we hurried away, by the next red light, I realized that they hadn't added the cold foam to the White Mac Cold Brew and did not add the whipped cream and drizzle to my companion's signature Brunette Mocha. We should not have had to ask them to add it since its in the picture and listed as part of the recipes. I was pretty frustrated but we had already wasted 30 minutes so I did not go back. Most of my visits to 7Brew are outstanding and we have visited them in several states. I still don't understand why we sat so long and learned my lesson to examine my drink before leaving. Also, staff should be aware if a line is struggling.
