I didn’t know that there was a login to get your birthday drink. Went there and was turned away by a rude boy. What an opportunity lost to convert my Starbucks Pink Drink habit to 7 Brew. Disappointed and no longer paying for my kids’ drinks there either.

It’s always interesting when a company’s slogan is “Cultivate Kindness,” yet some employees act like customers are something to laugh at. I recently went to 7 Brew at BROWNSBURG, IN and while most of the staff were genuinely helpful and respectful, one barista named KYLIE, a tanned girl, light eyebrows, and a ginger/ brown hair stood out for the wrong reasons. She kept staring at me very obviously, and when I stared back so she knew I noticed, she suddenly looked away. Not long after, it seemed like she tried to sneak a picture while pretending to be on her phone. The difference is, I wasn’t embarrassed it was rude and weird behavior from someone working with customers daily. . . I addressed it directly because if someone feels bold enough to stare and act slick, they should also be able to handle being called out respectfully. Her coworkers, however, handled the situation much more professionally, and I appreciated that. If your company promotes kindness, connection, and uplifting people, that standard should apply behind the counter too , not just on the website.
