7 Brew 6883 E US Hwy 36

First time visiting. Easy and quick process. Staff were friendly. I ordered a blueberry pomegranate smoothie 😋 My granddaughter ordered a strawberry something lol no complaints!

I used to be a frequent customer (weekly visits) until recently. My drinks are always made correctly and I have never had an issue in that category. Within the past few months I have been witnessing recurring problems with either staff or management. Every time I go there seems to be a new issue. This morning, and a few other days not including today, there was an issue keeping both lanes moving evenly. This morning I watched more than 3 cars pull in after I took my order and leave before I had even gotten my drink. Keep in mind the cars in front of me didn’t have more than just a few drinks per car. When I went a few days ago there was a single car in line and they were in the second lane. I was gonna pull through the first lane to avoid causing a unnecessary line, but I was unable to do so because a group of many staff members were sitting on their phones on the ground in the first lane. I pulled into the second lane and didn’t see an issue until I was getting stared at and talked about by the staff who were sitting on the ground. I don’t see why I am the issue in this scenario but maybe they were on break and wanted to hang out with staff that were still on the clock, but then again when more cars started pulling in as I waited for my order they got up and went back into the building as if they were supposed to be doing something. When the car ahead of me left and I got to the front of the lane I witnessed the girl who was actually doing her job from the time I arrived and left get in trouble by what seemed like some sort of shift lead/manager. According to the lady who was managing that shift the girl, who was actively attending to customers, was “asked to be inside” earlier and was not asked to be outside. I thought about asking that same manager why she is allowing other staff to sit on the ground on their phones but is getting frustrated at people doing their job, but again, they could’ve been off the clock. And the way that manager spoke to that girl was in a tone that rubbed me the wrong way. Why have a tone with a staff member who is actually doing what they are supposed to while on the clock? There are more situations that are smaller than the situation I just explained that I think don’t need to be told in this review considering I think this is enough to tell.

No menu for customers to look at and they push you along so fast you barely even have time to think.

Wasted $8 on a drink that was completely wrong. Won't be back.

I received a gift card for 7 Brew and decided to try it out. I have been here twice. The first time, I ordered iced coffee. I asked for suggestions and the employee told me just to order what I wanted. There was no menu up. I had no idea what they specialized in. Got an iced coffee with cold Foam. Half inch of cold Foam and melted into drink in seconds. 2nd time today, I ordered a hot Americano. Came out luke warm. I backed up and told them. They admitted they had no hot water but made it anyway. They took drink and put in the steamer to reheat it and gave it back to me. When I first arrived, 3 employees gathered around talking and on their phones by the building. Not professional. Will not likely return unless it's free.
