7 Brew Vanilla Decaf Tea

I am 28 weeks pregnant and I have been mourning my morning coffee since the first trimester. This vanilla decaf tea with oat milk has genuinely kept me sane. It feels warm and comforting and I can have two of them without a single worry. My midwife even said decaf tea is totally fine. I get it hot every morning and it has become my little ritual. Cannot recommend it enough for other pregnant mamas looking for a coffee alternative.

I work a late shift and cannot have anything caffeinated after 3 PM, which basically rules out most interesting drinks. This one surprised me - the vanilla is warm and sweet without being over the top, and the tea base gives it enough substance to feel like a real drink and not just flavored water. I usually grab it sugar-free and iced on my way in. My only small note is that plain iced feels a bit thin - adding cold foam makes a real difference.

It is a nice drink but I do want to be upfront that it is pretty simple. If you are expecting something complex or adventurous, this is not that. The vanilla is sweet and comforting but it is basically exactly what it sounds like. I liked it more after adding almond milk because it gave it a little more character. Good for what it is, but do not expect it to blow your mind on first sip.
