Today I decided to stop at seven brew to get a couple of drinks for me and my family. However, I ordered the blackberry frozen lemonade. The cashier keyed in the wrong drink and gave me the regular blackberry drink not frozen. I told her it was a mistake. They made the wrong drink. She simply took it back. what I received was a whole bunch of liquid lemonade with foam on top I really don’t know if they actually remade it. I understand the lines were getting crowded and they were trying to cut wait time and move the lanes along but when you’re working in a service, with high demand such as seven brew that always seem yo have long lines. working under high pressure situation is necessary Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my drink and had to throw it away because it was so sour. To make matters worse. It was my free drink, although I ordered additional drinks. I was really looking forward to my free drink. Maybe next time they will get it right sorry seven brew
