1. Customer service 2. Coffee 3.price Was all awesome the coffee was so good and price was good I had to leave a review. I normally don’t buy coffee because I make my own, but if I pick a place to go this is the one loyal customer here.

I normally enjoy coming to 7brew because everyone is usually really friendly - but today was honestly a really uncomfortable visit. We were in the first lane waiting to order and the guy working the second lane kept trying to get us to move into his lane but we couldn’t because there was a sign blocking it. Okay cool, not a big deal if we’re being honest, we just stayed in the lane we had already entered. Then I ordered, went well no issues there, the asian girl that took our order was a doll. :) Then we’re in line, already paid and just waiting for our drink. It was at this point that the blonde white girl with pink and green nails working the first lane made me and my partner who was driving incredibly uncomfortable. She wasn’t very friendly but to be honest we can look past that - everyone has their days it wasn’t rlly an issue. My issue comes with the fact that she started talking to another worker and going on and on about how people weren’t picking the shortest lane and straight just stated “i don’t know how people can be so incompetent.” I couldn’t see the line forming behind us, but it’s safe to assume most cars were just getting in one lane. If it bothers you that much maybe stop standing around and help the others direct cars. Also, if you’re gonna talk about your customers in a negative manner at least have the common sense of mind to not do it in front of the customers you’re actively serving. Everyone has bad days, I can understand that but to have someone with that attitude serving people is not a good look. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and honestly just unnecessary. Not a great experience, and if this is the expectation we’re allowing I’d rather just spend the extra time to go get my coffee somewhere else. Yuck, do better
