Went on 6/7/26 for their BOGO deal. BOGO means buy one get one free. We picked two drinks from the specific BOGO menu and the employee said no it’s buy two get one free and that we HAVE TO buy two drinks in order to get one free. We explained to this employee what BOGO means and he insisted that’s what the deal is. Obviously this is incorrect so we got charged for two drinks to get one free then the employee gave us the wrong drink. Instead of a frozen slush type of drink they just handed us a coffee with ice…. Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s not the same as a slush. I reached out to the email on the receipt and never received a response. You try to call and just get Ai so you can’t actually speak with anyone when their employees are terrible and trying to make sales taking advantage of people. Never going back again. GO TO DUTCH BROS INSTEAD

I love 7 Brew, but this location is seriously lacking. I ordered a blackberry cobbler latte and it just takes like coffee. My husband ordered panda latte, it also just tastes like coffee. There was supposed to be cold foam and chocolate drizzle on that one but they forgot it. I don’t think this location is following drink standards as their flavored coffees have zero flavor whatsoever. The coffee wasn’t even good so I have no idea what they’re doing as the 7 brew by my house is always phenomenal.
