Usually, when I go to seven brew, it is a good nine out of 10 experience But lately every time I walk up, they kinda just ignore me even when they’re not busy I just get ignored. today two girls weren’t doing anything but they had a line but they were just talking to each other. They saw me. I waved and they wentback to talking to each other now I don’t know what they were talking about. They could’ve been busy, but then they just start laughing and one of them goes on their phone. I’m not happy with how they treat walk ups. I understand if they are busy but the girls weren’t doing anything.

While I understand that staffing challenges can impact service delivery, the lack of equitable service distribution and the dismissive approach of the manager are unacceptable.
