If you pay with cash they never have coins and they round down your change. They only place of business I know that rounds down. I stopped going because they currently owe me over $5. Not a big amount, but multiply that by the 100's of customers who pay with cash each week and the amount of money they are stealing adds up quickly. What if I shorted my payment every time I went there, what do you think their response would be?

Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy—they genuinely make my day better every time I stop by. You’ll need to do better. I usually don’t go to this location, but my son‘s doctors is around the corner and he got weekly appointment so me and my kids usually stop here to grab a drink. The last three times my drink has been horrible. I always order the same drink. The first time they put so much ice I could not even fit my straw through the cup then when I asked them to remake it, they kinda acted irritated, but they remade it and it was OK. My last time coming through was yesterday around 4:30. I was in a hurry. They took my order and I was excited cause it was within five minutes. My order was on the counter. I was telling the lady that I was super excited because they are so fast. She just stopped what she was doing and ran to the office IDK why I think she was getting changed, but I was gonna tell her to keep the change then she wiped the drinks off and I realize at this point she is just being very slow just to do it so I didn’t say nothing. I got my drink. I drank it halfway and it was horrible and did not taste the same what I ordered but OK I’m already at. I’m like so I’m like I’m kind of just drinking it. I realize it had coffee grains and my drink. I had a refresher it does not even come with coffee IDK what happened so I’m probably never gonna go back to this location even though it’s very convenient for me.
