7Brew is my all time favorite coffee shop.. i have personally been to several through several states due to full time traveling. The Big Spring 7Brew is by far the worst I have ever been too... awful service, low training, very long wait times. Im not sure if it is lack of training or compassion but I highly recommend having corporate come down for some help.

Luckily, I had no one behind me so I could back up and leave. Waiting over 15+ mins for coffee is crazy. No one coming out to the cars to take the orders either that I saw. Not fast at all. Not the first time this has happened, this location is super slow in comparison.
