If your going to come expect to wait in drive through for about 15 minutes. I have come 3 times now and each time we have waited so long. Wasting my gas is not worth it.

I stopped by 7 Brew on Adws Hwy by the hospital and asked for healthcare discount. The cashier was very polite and checked with the shift lead since I was wearing scrubs and my hospital badge. The shift lead asked what my badge said, and when told it was Radiology, responded that the discount was only for nurses and firefighters. What made the interaction more confusing is that I and several of my coworkers in healthcare have received the discount before without any issues. If the policy has changed, that's completely understandable, but it could have been explained professionally and respectfully. I understand businesses can set whatever discount policies they choose, and I would have completely accepted a simple "sorry, we can't apply that discount today." What bothered me was the tone and demeanor of the response. It came across as irritated and dismissive, especially while I was sitting right there at the window. The cashier handled the situation professionally, apologized, and was very courteous throughout the interaction. This review is not about being denied a discount. It's about how customers are spoken to and the inconsistent application of what appears to be the discount policy. The cashier represented your business well; I just wish the same level of professionalism had come from the shift lead.

So today the lady with a brown sweater blonde hair with two pigtails and a beige hat black glasses that she was wearing backwards was mad about how I wanted my drink. I thought we can pick what we want. Also, as I was parking up, she gets in the way of my car. We all need to be careful with each other. I love going there. The rest of the girls are so friendly, but God bless you girly if you are having a bad morning 🤗
