took 34 minutes to get through, staff asked about our order 4 times, got one drink completely wrong, and had 3 people work on one drink because of shift change— simple blondie. staff was rude sharp and short.

We used to come to this 7 brew all the time, our order was always correct, quick and everyone was kind. Within the last couple months, everything went downhill. The drive thru takes forever, yet they rush the drinks and have them sit there on the stand in no order, so when it’s your turn you have to play a guessing game of which one is your drink because the workers aren’t even sure which is which. This happened multiple times.. and then if the order was fixed it still wasn’t exactly what we ordered. Now we go to a different 7 brew, it’s a shame because we loved our experience coming here in the past.

Compared to the Odessa locations this one moves like they are driving all the way to Odessa for them to make the drinks and then driving all the way back

Went by to get my drink and to get the koozie but when we ordered they didnt tell us they where out of koozie. If I would have know that I wouldn't have got my drinks..
