The coffee was pretty good although I didn’t realize they use whole milk. The person that took our order was super friendly. However while in line waiting to get the drink I thought the walk up lady with brunette hair wearing super short shorts was walking up to my car so I said hey. She was very rudely stated this isn’t for you with a twisted up face stating it’s for the other line and walked away abruptly. I ignored it and waited patiently she then handed my drink off to someone else as if she didn’t want to give it to me. The atmosphere seems forced when you get to line and people are acting like that and not even dressed professionally.

My friends and I often meet to get smoothies when on our motorcycles. I feel as though the service for walk ups is lacking. One time I got done with drink and tried to hand it to an employee to throw away but was just told that they are not allowed to bring trash into the building and they turned away, since there was no trasg can provided I had to find a random cart behind the building to put it in cause I didn't want to throw it on the ground. Another friend laid down under the covered area while waiting for rain to pass and was told that was "unprofessional and disrupting their work flow" they needed to leave (which is somewhat understandable but also there where also no other customers and the rain made it unlikely for any other walk ups). I know they mainly cater to drive through customers but if you are going to sell product to walk up customers I feel like they should have the same courtesy and consideration given to them as all others.
