I was in line and I wasn’t watching the employees Rub on the customer’s dog So when I say something to the lead Work, she has attitude she replied they washed hands before they serve y’all .I seen two ladies play with the dog and never went into wash their hands so when I asked Work to hand my drink, she had a bad attitude and I don’t appreciate the service cause I go to regular, but I won’t be going back there.

A few nights ago, I stopped by Seven Brew to pick up drinks for my coworkers and myself. It was my first time visiting, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had. The young lady who helped me, Bella, was absolutely amazing. One of the drink orders I had written down was incorrect, so I had to call a coworker to confirm it. Bella was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding while I sorted everything out. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable. I ordered a large banana milkshake, extra sweet, with white chocolate drizzle and whipped cream, and it was delicious. Between the great drink and Bella's outstanding service, my first visit was a fantastic one. Thank you, Bella, for being so kind and making such a positive impression. Employees like you truly make a difference.
