I had an awful experience with a supervisor called Anahi on May 22, 3:20 pm their printer is still down and when I asked for a handwritten receipt Anahi stated corporate does not allow that. When I went to corporate about that they stated staff can indeed write out a hand written receipt as proof of purchase, which means Anahi knowingly lied about it. This receipt was for a special needs individual, and would have beenn an easy thing for the supervisor to do. Instead she refused and even lied about it.
