The majority of this stands morning crew need to be retrained in customer service. This is the third time now and has become a pattern of bad attitude. This is clearly my first interaction in the mornings, getting my coffee on the way to work, so getting horrible customer service first thing does not help me have a good morning. I also work in customer service and I would never imagine treating any customer I’ve had in the 20+ years I have been working the way that these girls have treated me. There is no greeting such as “good morning“, ”hello“, “how are you?“. It is straight to “what’s your phone number?“. Everyone wants to complain about how service members are treated, but it goes both ways.
