I went around 6pm today and I noticed a white board said “shut your mouth and quit gossiping.” That is really unprofessional and definitely not a way to treat associates. I hope whoever wrote it gets held accountable. 😡

Service is always so poor the person taking our order was to distracted trying to talk to another guest in the other line (assuming her friend)she was short and rude. The drinks always taste different no matter how many times you order it the exact same. The teenaged here are easily distracted and would much rather talk to each other or their friends who are not purchasing anything then help the guest who are in line. I was happy the first time I went but ever since it’s been a disappointment. Don’t get your hopes up if you come to this location.
