It’s a shame that it literally takes them 10 minutes to just get your order. I love their coffee and all their themes, but unless I have 20 minutes to sit in line before someone chooses to take your order at the window. The ones in Louisville have much better service, speed and are just as friendly, if not more. It’s crazy that the McDonald’s next door is faster.
