I don’t often leave reviews unless I have had an amazing experience worth sharing and I had just that at Galesburg’s 7Brew. Thank you to one of their employees, Kiara. I will return because of her. You don’t often feel genuine kindness from others, especially in today’s world. Unsure of exactly what to order, Kiara was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Even though it was a busy time of the day and there didn’t appear to be many other employees working, she did not just rush me through the line or make me feel like an inconvenience as us older folks sometimes experience. Managing the amount of cars and orders coming through I imagine can’t be easy yet service was fast and she did it gracefully and with ease. Kiara’s warmth, kindness and sincere approach to customers will have me going back there now over anywhere else in town. Thank you Kiara! Your smile brightened my day!
