I stopped by 7 Brew West Palm around 12:45 PM on Tuesday and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working Lane 2 came across as very rude and unfriendly from the start. Customer service is usually one of the reasons I enjoy coming to 7 Brew, but that was definitely not the case during this visit. What stood out most was seeing her go inside and loudly yell at the employee working on milk. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and didn’t seem professional, especially with customers nearby. The interaction made it feel like there was a lot of tension among the staff. I’ve had good experiences at this location before, which is why this visit was so surprising. I hope management looks into it and works on maintaining the positive, welcoming environment that 7 Brew is known for.
