7 Brew 5422 Okeechobee Rd

I hate that I have to leave this kind of review, especially for an establishment that I was going to for my first time experience. This is for the location that is in Fort Pierce off of Okeechobee. I went to order my drinks me and my children where we made a transaction that went and pulled off of my card payment went through, but she stated that the payment did not. I did not get any product nor did I get anything. She told me to cancel and dispute it with my bank. She said she canceled the order. She obviously she did not cancel the order because the transaction went through so I paid for something I did not receive. I disputed it with my bank and their reaction was that I received the product that I never did and it was five drinks so this is unacceptable for someone’s first time going somewhere that someone raved about cause I read reviews before I go anywhere to have a horrible experience and not to get any of the drinks and still pay for something I work hard for what I get and yeah, $30 may look like oh it’s nothing to you guys, but is everything to me because look at the time of days we are in not only that she wanted me to pay again and said that the other charge will be back to my card in five minutes, which it did not come back because it went through. It was paid for and she said she did not feel comfortable giving drinks when I paid for everything. I reached out to the corporate. I emailed they don’t have a direct line and I dispute it with my bank and still cannot get my money back thank you but no thank you to this company.

Left with out a drink because own employee didn't know their menu. Then when asking her to explain she tried to get us to buy something we didn't want. She also was not coming out to the cars but waiting for the cars to come to the building unllke the other work who was going to the cars. Sad because this was a good location never had a problem till now.
