This place is hoppin'! Reminds me of Sonic drive-in without the dangerous skates, just drive thru. They serve everything but booze. Ice/hot coffee, shakes, ice drinks and blended drink and smoothies, every kind of drink flavor and option. The only thing I haven't seen is a "cream slush" but I am sure they will have a way.

I was passing heading to Chicago and I made a quick stop here just to get a coffee and the ladies here we’re disgustingly rude I’m not sure if they were racist because I’m brown skinned or that’s just how they are either way it was not a good experience. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I’ve came here every single day for months, always leaving a tip with every order. Never had a bad experience, never have I had an issue with any employee. Today, I pulled through Fazoli’s parking lot to follow the traffic rules THEY put in place… the ones I have followed every day it’s been busy enough to need to do so. I was greeted by a lady who told me we needed to go all the way back around to get behind a car that was “there before me” - I told her we had already gone around and that car can go in front of us. She insisted we pull all the way back around to get back in line. When I asked her name (mind you I have never seen her before), she said she was the manager and was the “traffic director” today lol. I’ll be shocked if that’s truly who’s managing your team, that experience was crazy. Not sure if I’ll be back.
