We drove past a more convenient Starbucks to get here and continued on because their coffee just isn't that good. Skip 'em and come here! Mrs. K. *loves* 7 Brew's Blondie and this stop this morning was exactly why. Friendly service. When the barista asked for my phone number, her iPad brought up our history and she knew precisely how we've customized our coffees. A few ice cubes for me, a little light on the syrup for her. I mean, isn't that fabulous to have that sort of system? A few moments, another barista popped out with our coffees and we were on the way. The only thing is that they don't have any pastries or a space to sit. It's a drive through and they're great at it.

It's great when you get what you order. Over the last few months, consistency has been an issue, and on one instance on coming back to ask it to be remade, I felt I got attitude from the barista. She asked "do you know what you ordered, that is a lot of coffee." I've ordered this drink literally hundreds of times, I know what I order. I let it slide because she hadn't looked at my profile at that point. Finally, unclear promotions are another driving away point for me. One their recent sticker day, I was told that they weren't giving them out until 7 am. There was no time listed on the advertisements for the promo, or on social media posts, and therefor I missed out. Yes it's a little thing, however, it's the little things that help get us through the days...or in this case, enough little things might deter me from returning as much as I have been.
