I love 7brew and i know some places just have bad days but i went and ordered my drink and there was no line its was like 6:30 am on a sunday and my drink was not at all what i ordered but the girl turned around and walked away before i could asked for it to be fixed which kinda sucks cause i do really like this place

Coffee is typically good. Service lately has not been after almost 2 years going there and having nothing but kind employees. Not to long ago I had an employee who hasn’t ever been typically nice, take my order then proceed to go in and when my coffee came out it looked NOTHING like the coffee next to it, I didn’t tip either ,It felt intentional. It wasn’t filled all the way I didn’t ask for light ice. The space was for the cold foam which I couldn’t even sip due to there being none, looking white with little to no caramel. so I drove around and had it remade and the employees who I talked to were so nice about it! It came out perfection. Understandably staff come and go but some people truly look forward to it on a bad day because of their customer service. Now.. not so much. It always feels like a hit or miss.
